Vancouver International Airport is holding its annual holiday hamper drive this week.

People can drop off bags on Thursday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at a contactless station outside the departures area.

The effort is a collaboration between the airport and Quest Food, a Lower Mainland group that assists people in need through not-for-profit grocery markets.

Items specifically requested this year include:

• Two cans of soup

• Two cans of vegetables

• One can of cranberry sauce

• One box of crackers

• One box of chocolates

• One box of cookies

• Two cans of fruit

• Two packets of gravy

• Two boxes of instant mashed potatoes

• Two boxes of stuffing

The airport will also provide a turkey for each hamper.
